Pneumatically regulated butterfly valves are high-end precision fluid machines, so the pneumatic adjustment butterfly valve should pay special attention to maintenance and maintenance. Generally, the maintenance of the pneumatic adjustment butterfly valve is carried out during factory inspection. Pay special attention to the following points:
1. When a system fails and the unit is over-speed due to failure, the pneumatic regulating butterfly valve can be closed to protect the unit;
2. The pneumatic adjustment butterfly valve can be closed for maintenance and repair when needed for maintenance;
3. The unit will be phased for long-term operation or long-term shutdown for standby. When the system allows, the pneumatic adjustment butterfly valve can be closed to reduce the leakage of the guide vanes.
4. When disassembling the pneumatic butterfly valve, the valve should be supported. Never drop it on the ground.
5. Open the 5 screws of the pneumatic adjustment butterfly valve actuator and the valve, take the actuator off, wipe the actuator and the positioner with alcohol, and do not disassemble the positioner or actuator.
6. Open the valve with a wrench, wipe the valve seal ring and the butterfly valve with alcohol, close the valve back and forth, open the valve several times, apply butter to the valve seal ring, and then assemble the valve completely.
