Introduction to the working principle of high pressure solenoid valve
The working principle of the high-pressure solenoid valve has two structures: a pilot solenoid valve and a direct-acting solenoid valve:
First, the pilot type solenoid valve adopts the secondary valve opening structure. When the electromagnetic
coil is energized, the magnetic field is generated instantaneously. Under the action of the electromagnetic force, the moving iron core is sucked and the auxiliary valve is opened. At this time, the main spool moves upward to reach the main The valve opens the purpose of media circulation. When the solenoid valve
coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, the moving iron core is reset under the action of the spring force, and the auxiliary valve is closed. At this time, the medium enters the upper chamber of the main valve core from the balance hole, so that the upper chamber pressure rises, and the spring force Under the dual action of the pressure difference, the main spool is reset, the main valve is closed, and the medium is broken.
Second, the direct-acting solenoid valve is a balanced direct-acting structure. It uses the pressure automatic balance principle and the electromagnetic valve force to act together on the valve core, and the moving iron core and the valve core are integrated structures. When the
coil is energized, the moving iron core is directly driven upward by the electromagnetic force and the fixed iron core is closed, the valve port is instantaneously opened, and the medium passes. When the
coil loses power, the magnetic force disappears, the moving valve core falls under the action of the spring force and closes the valve port, and the medium is interrupted. It is especially suitable for use in places where the media needs to be emptied or both high and low pressures exist.
