The following factors should be noted for the accuracy and factors affecting the operation of the German FLUX flow
meter:
(1) Instrument accuracy

meter itself is not high precision or accuracy, so that the number of oil products issued (paid) is not accurate. Therefore, the accuracy should be selected when using the flow
meter. At present, the accuracy of the flow
meter required for work in China is ±0.5%, and it should be periodically checked according to regulations during use.
(2) German FLUX flow

Although the accuracy of the flow
meter is high, the flow
meter will cause systematic errors due to improper or unreasonable installation process. If there is not enough straight pipe section in front of the flow
meter (generally the straight pipe section should be no less than five times the dia
meter of the pipeline used), eddy current will occur. The elbow in the pipeline will increase the flow resistance for a long time, which will not meet the requirements of the working pressure of the flow
meter. Both can cause errors in the indication of the flow
meter.
(3) German FLUX flow

The medium used for the German FLUX flow
meter is different from the medium in operation, and the indication value reflected by the flow
meter is different. If the water is used as the medium in the calibration, but it is used in various petroleum product media in the work, it will definitely produce errors, mainly due to the difference in viscosity of the medium. Therefore, it is required that the medium used for calibrating the flow
meter value should be consistent with the working medium to eliminate the error caused thereby.
(4) German FLUX flow

meter cannot display the true value of the amount of payment due to the accidental error caused by temperature instability during the start to the end of the work. Therefore, the flow
meter should be kept as uniform as possible during the oiling process.
(5) Pressure difference and flow rate
The use of German FLUX flow
meters should be within the specified differential pressure range to ensure accuracy. Because of the high pressure, fast flow rate, and its flow rate, if it is the opposite, it will be small. If the flow
meter is in the process of paying oil, it can't maintain the consistency of the differential pressure before and after, and the above or below the working pressure difference range of the instrument will affect the accuracy of the amount of payment.
(6) The work and verification environment are different
The German FLUX flow
meter cycle check timing, if it is carried out in a specific device of the metrological verification unit, will also produce an environmental error when it cannot be used in accordance with the verification conditions. Therefore, the periodic inspection is required to be carried out under working conditions, that is, on-site calibration.
