Honsberg flow switch introduction description
Founded in 1961, HONSBERG is the world's largest manufacturer of small-caliber flow
meters and flow switches. The product range is complete, covering flow, level, temperature and pressure. Widely used in industrial and process control metallurgy, mining, printing, paper, compressor, pharmaceutical, chemical and mechanical manufacturing industries.
Honsberg's products include both mechanical and electronic categories. Mechanical products: pistons, variable areas, baffles, rotors, gears, etc.; electronic products: eddy current, thermal, induction, ultrasonic. From the sales of
Honsberg Europe in 2007, the machinery is larger than the electronics. Among them, traffic products account for the largest proportion.
Features of
Honsberg flow
meters and flow switches:
1. All para
meters use water as the calibration medium;
2, the caliber up to DN500, generally below DN50 (G2");
3, pressure resistance up to 500bar;
4, the temperature is 120 ° C;
5. Measuring medium: water, oil, corrosive liquid.
Flow Control Product Type:
Piston
Principle: The spring-loaded magnetic piston compresses the spring under the action of the thrust of the fluid. When the fluid flow reaches the set value, the external magnetic switch is triggered.
Features: Medium (water, gas, liquid)
Can be installed vertically or horizontally
High working pressure and temperature
Mechanical principle monitoring fluid
Analog output (depending on analog HALL
sensors or Flex and Omni)
3% FS accuracy
Viscosity compensation
Applications: Industrial control, machine tool cooling systems, mechanical lubrication systems, etc.
Main model
VD (PN16-100, up to 120 °C, G1/4-G3, 1-600 l/min, explosion-proof)
VM (PN16-100, up to 90 °C, G1/4-G3, 1-600 l/min, explosion-proof)
MR1K (PN200, up to 120 °C, G1/4-G1, 0.4-60 l/min)
HD1K (PN200, up to 120 °C, G1/4-G1, 0.5-60 l/min, explosion-proof)
HR1MV (PN200, up to 120 °C, G1/4-G2, 10-150 l/min, explosion-proof)
Baffle type
Principle: Similar to the piston type, the difference is that the spring supports the back end with a magnetic baffle, and the fluid pushes the baffle for control.
Features: Medium range accuracy
Medium range working pressure.
Allowing the passage of hot fluids in larger systems
TUV certification
Mechanical principle monitoring fluid
Analog output (depending on Flex and Omni analog outputs)
Application: Cooling Water Monitoring System
Main model
UR1 (PN16-25, up to 110°C, G3/8-G2, 3-53 l/min, explosion-proof)
CRG (PN11, up to 120 °C, DN25-200, 0.2-165.7 m3/h)
VM (PN16, up to 90 °C, DN40-200, 1-3600 l/min, explosion-proof)
Rotor type
Principle: The fluid drives the rotor to rotate, and the external proximity switch detects the metal end or magnetic portion of the rotor blade. The flow rate is proportional to the frequency of the probe.
Features: Low viscosity liquid measurement
Good measurement range (30:1)
Medium pressure loss
Medium working pressure and temperature (max. 100bar, 100°C)
Analog output and digital display with the help of (omni, flex, EFFI, EFA1, ESK1...,)
Accuracy <3% FS. With omni, flex
transmitter accuracy up to 1%
Applications: Cooling systems for machine tools, welding machines, heating systems, pure water equipment
Main model
RRI (PN16, up to 60 °C, G3/8-G1, 0.5-100 l/min)
RRH (PN100, up to 100 °C, G3/8-G1, 0.5-100 l/min)
Hot
Principle: Two temperature
sensors that are in good contact with the fluid, the flow rate is calculated by measuring the change in temperature between the two points, and a heater is introduced to generate the temperature.
Features: Flow switch without moving parts
Suitable for all pipe dia
meters, only to meet minimum flow requirements
Optional mounting position provides high and low sensitivity
Low pressure loss
200 bar working pressure, 70 degree maximum temperature
The number of LEDs shows the pre-flow before the switch point.
Application : Welding robot cooling system, high pressure
pump system water monitoring
Main model
RRI (PN100, up to 70°C, G1/4-G1/2, 20-50 cm/s)
Flex-FIN (tube connection 6, 8, 10mm, up to 70°C, 0.001-10l/min)
