Italy Atos ATOS proportional reversing valve related operating technology introduction

The nature of Atos ATOS products in Italy is very diverse. ATOS Atos DHZO-A* and DKZOR-A* valves are the most used models for users; ATOS Atos proportional valves are widely used. In aluminum plants, steel mills, salt mines, coal mines, etc., it can be said that ATOS products are distributed throughout the Greater China automation industry. ATOS Atos DHZO-A* and DKZOR-A* valves are direct-acting proportional valves with no position sensor and provide directional control and no pressure compensation flow control depending on the size of the input electrical signal. The electronic amplifier provides a suitable amount of current to the proportional valve so that the adjustment of the valve is consistent with the input signal supplied to the electronic amplifier.
These ATOS Atos proportional valves are available in different forms:
*-A: Without position sensor
*-AE, -AES: Same-A, but with analog (AE) or digital (AES) integrated electronic amplifier.
The ATOS Atos proportional valve has a four-way spool that slides inside the five-chamber valve and is directly driven by a proportional solenoid.
The factory-adjusted integrated amplifier ensures excellent performance and valve-to-valve interchangeability and simplifies wiring and installation.
The following communication interfaces are available for the -AES digital proportional valve:
*-PS: RS232 serial communication interface. The valve input signal is a mode
The metering is provided by a 7-core (or 12-pin) plug.
*-BC: CANbus interface
*-BP: PROFIBUS-DP interface
In the form of the -BC and -BP interfaces, the valve's input signal is provided via the bus. The valve input signal can also be operated in analog quantities via a 7-pin (or 12-pin) plug during start-up or service.
In order to compensate for fluctuations in flow due to load changes, a superimposed pressure compensator can be used to keep the valve pressure drop ΔP constant.
The coil is all-plastic package (H-class insulation), and the whole valve has the characteristics of shock resistance, impact resistance and environmental resistance.
The installation interface is: ISO 4401 standard, 06 and 10 path.
At a pressure drop of ΔP=30 bar, the maximum flow rates are up to 50 l/min and 105 l/min, respectively.
For DHZO, the maximum pressure = 350bar;
For DKZOR, the maximum pressure = 315 bar.
For the 6-diameter DHZO valve, the transition zero cover valve DHZO-A-060-S3 is available.
For 6-diameter DHZO valves, manual proportional valves with manual levers are available.
