German IFM level gauge maintenance and precautions
1. In order to prevent surface corrosion of IFM Yifumen liquid level gauge, the appearance should be kept clean and dry.
2. Use German IFM level gauge with temperature exceeding normal temperature. It is not advisable to open the valve immediately after installation. It should be preheated for 20-30 minutes. After the glass plate has a certain temperature, it can enter the medium. After using the German IFM level gauge for a period of time, the platen screws should be re-tightened. When tightening, the clamps should be clamped several times in the form of 1, 3, 5, 2, 4, 6...
3. When the needle valve is opened, it should be gradually opened to prevent the steel ball in the valve from being automatically sealed by the one-way pressure of the medium and affecting the correctness of the indicated liquid level. However, after the flow of the medium is stable, the valve should be fully opened to prevent accidental occurrence. The steel ball in the valve is blocked by the valve flap and affects the automatic closing of the valve.
4. In order to reduce the installation stress, the actual deviation of the center distance between the two flanges of the German IFM level gauge and the center of the two flanges of the container should be checked during installation. If the deviation is too large, it should be adjusted.
