Another solution is to use industrial PC and PLC for monitoring, so that the parameters of each link can be known in time, and adjustments can be made in time. However, because the distance between each reaction pool and the total control room is relatively long, it is costly to collect these data into the control room. The cost is relatively large, some analogs may be biased, and it is inconvenient to check after problems occur. The module also uses the switch quantity and analog quantity of each reaction link to collect, but the number and type of variables to be collected in each reaction link are different, the module combination is not flexible enough, and the module has certain requirements for communication distance. Communication lines are required between modules. If there is no search for some modules, the whole system is not stable enough. There are certain problems in the above several schemes, and some improvements are needed.
