Parker Parker D41FH Series Pilot Proportional Directional Directional Valve

This series of pilot operated proportional directional valves is used to control flow. The valve has integrated electronics and the spool position of the main stage is adjustable. Typical applications are: flow control accuracy and flow regulation, and operation at fast/low speed with spool position monitoring for press control, dynamic position adjustment and pressure/flow closed loop systems. Technical characteristics: small leakage, high frequency response, large oil transmission capacity, accurate fault condition diagnosis, mechanical zero adjustment of zero cover valve, high strength, displacement feedback of spool position, optional spool position travel monitoring.


Parker Parker D*6FH Series Pilot Proportional Directional Directional Valve
The D*6FH series pilot-operated continuously regulated directional control valves, nominally CETOP10 to CETOP25 (Pike's in-plant standard), are used to control and regulate flow. The valve has integrated electronics and the main spool has an adjustable spool position. A continuous differential circuit integrated with a standard valve provides higher flow rates. Typical applications are: flow control accuracy and flow regulation, and operation at fast/low speed with spool position monitoring such as press control, dynamic position adjustment and pressure/flow closed loop system adjustment.


Parker Parker pilot proportional reversing valve D*1FW/D*1FT series
D*1FW and D*1FT series pilot operated proportional directional valves with nominal sizes CETOP5 and CETOP10 are used to control flow. The valve (D*1FW) is electronically controlled with a PWD-400 power amplifier or integrated into the valve (D*1FT). A typical application is to reduce the hydraulic and mechanical shock by adjusting the ramp signal to soften the spool, and to automate the mechanical function by electrically adjusting the flow/speed.

D*1FS series pilot operated proportional directional valves with nominal sizes CETOP3 to CETOP10 are used to control flow. The valve is electronically controlled using the EW Series analog power amplifier or the VRD350/355 digital power amplifier. The position of the main spool is adjustable. Typical applications are: flow control accuracy and flow regulation, improved operating and soft acceleration and fast operating characteristics at fast/low speed characteristics.


Parker Parker direct-acting proportional directional control valve D*FW/D*FT series
The direct-acting (D*FW) reversing valve series, nominally CETOP3 and CETOP5, is a proportional valve for flow control. The valve (D*FW) is electronically controlled with a PWD-400/PCD-400 power amplifier or integrated into the valve (D*FT). Typical applications are: softening the spool by adjusting the ramp signal to reduce hydraulic shock and mechanical shock, and mechanically automating the flow/speed by mechanically adjusting the flow/speed.
 

Parker Parker direct-acting proportional reversing valve D*FL series
The D*FL series valves with nominal sizes CETOP3 and CETOP5 are digital proportional valves for flow control. This microprocessor-controlled 4-way valve can be used to signal different setpoint speeds through the power distribution signal. Acceleration, deceleration and speed can be adjusted on the valve. Typical fast/low speed travel characteristics can be achieved without the use of other modules.
