(1) Installation steps and precautions for rotary coding
1 installation steps:
Step 1: Pass the coupler onto the shaft. Do not screw the coupler and shaft with screws.
Step 2: Fix the rotary encoder. When the axis of the encoder is connected to the coupler, the insertion amount cannot exceed the following values. E69-C04B type coupler, insertion amount 5.2mm; E69-C06B type coupler, inserting amount 5.5mm; E69-Cl0B type coupler, insertion amount 7.lmm.
The third step: fixed coupler. The tightening torque must not exceed the following values. E69-C04B type coupler, tightening torque 2.0kfg·cm; E69-C06B type coupler, tightening torque 2.5kgf·cm; E69B-Cl0B type coupler, tightening torque 4.5kfg·cm.
Step 4: Connect the power output line. The power must be turned off when wiring.
Step 5: Check that the power is in use.

When connecting the gears, be careful not to subject the shaft to excessive load.
When tightening the rotary encoder with a screw, apply a tightening torque of about 5 kfg·cm.
When wiring the fixed body, do not pull the wire with a power greater than 3kg.
When using reversible rotation, pay attention to the installation direction of the body and the addition and subtraction direction.
When the set device origin is aligned with the encoder Z, the coupler must be installed while determining the Z-phase output.
Do not allow water droplets and oil on the body when using. If it is immersed inside, it will cause a malfunction.
(2) HEIDENHAIN HEIDENHAIN wiring and connection
1 Wiring should be performed in the power supply 0FF state. When the power is turned on, if the output line touches the power cord, the output loop may be damaged.
2 If the wiring is incorrect, the internal circuit may be damaged. Therefore, pay attention to the polarity of the power supply during wiring.
3 If it is connected in parallel with the high-voltage line or the power line, it may be damaged or damaged by induction.
4 When extending the wire, it should be below 10m. Also, due to the distributed capacity of the wires, the rise and fall times of the waveform are prolonged, so if there is a problem, the waveform should be shaped using a Schmidt circuit or the like.
Also, in order to avoid induced noise, etc., try to use the shortest distance wiring. Special attention should be paid when an integrated circuit is input.
5 When the wire is extended, it is affected by the resistance of the conductor and the capacitance between the wires. The rise and fall times of the waveform become longer, and interference between signals (crosstalk) is likely to occur. Therefore, a wire with a small resistance and a low line capacitance (twisted pair, shielded wire) should be used.
