Rechner inductive sensor product sales product description

What is an inductive sensor?

The inductive sensor uses electromagnetic induction to convert the measured physical quantity such as displacement, pressure, flow, vibration, etc. into the change of the self-inductance coefficient and the mutual inductance of the coil, and then converts the circuit into a voltage or current change output to realize the non-electricity. To the conversion of electricity.

Inductive sensors have the following features:

(1) The structure is simple, the sensor has no active electrical contacts, so the work has a reliable and long service life.

(2) Sensitivity and resolution are high, and a displacement change of 0.01 μm can be measured. The output signal of the sensor is strong, and the voltage sensitivity is typically up to hundreds of millivolts per millimeter of displacement.

(3) Both linearity and repeatability are better. Within a certain range of displacement (several tens of microns to several millimeters), the nonlinearity of the sensor can reach 0.05%~0.1%. At the same time, this sensor can realize long-distance transmission, recording, display and control of information, and it is widely used in industrial automatic control systems. However, the shortcoming is that it has low frequency response and is not suitable for rapid dynamic measurement and control.

German rechner inductive sensor

The German Rechner inductive sensor can be used as a signal output and limit switch in the monitoring and positioning system of the machine, and can be used as a pulse generator in applications such as counting, ranging, and speed measurement. Rechner has more than 45 years of professional experience in the field of capacitive sensors. Rexner sensors help you get the right data you need to optimize your products and automation to ensure competitive advantage

Capacitive sensors can be used for material identification, counting, and level monitoring of various solid or liquid materials. Rechner sensors and materials have no physical contact, do not affect the materials being inductive, no contact collision, no wear, no maintenance, the number of switches does not affect the life, waterproof, and free from pollution and vibration.
