HAWE Harvey SF, SD, SK, SU type speed control valve
HAWE Harvey SF, SD, SK, SU type speed control valves can be delivered as two-way and three-way speed control valves. They provide stepless adjustment of hydraulic system flow, while the SU-type speed control valve can be used for constant flow regulation in two stages. The flow coefficient does not depend on hydraulic system pressure and medium viscosity and is steadily maintained within its minimum tolerance. Special requirements can be met by integrating other functional valves such as relief valves, unloading valves or with an external Z port. A two-way speed control valve with a bypass check valve and a bridge circuit in any flow direction is also available. A variety of operating modes make this speed control valve more widely used. The TV type flow distribution valve is a priority diverter valve. The fluctuating flow input from the C port will be distributed into one constant flow rate Qa and another remaining flow rate Qb. When one actuator is blocked, the flow of the other actuator will be reduced to a minimum flow (TQ), or all to the remaining leakage flow (TV). By means of the simulated flow, the function of this function can be compensated by a relief valve. The HAWE Harvey EB series cartridge throttle is a flow valve. The BE and BC type one-way throttle valves are a combination of a flow valve and a check valve. They are mainly used to limit the flow when the reversing valve is switched (limit the maximum flow Qmax and avoid the accumulator being quickly unloaded). The BC and BE type one-way throttle valve is an orifice flow valve or a slit flow valve that is free to flow in the direction from F to B and has a throttling effect in the opposite direction. The BC type one-way flow valve is a spring-loaded two-threaded screw-in valve. The mounting hole can be machined by a bypass twist drill (118 degree acute angle), and the EB type cartridge valve can be mounted on a plate-connected single valve. The P port is in the oil.

Throttle valves are flow valves. HAWE Harvey Q, QR, QV series throttle valves are available in five sizes and are used for flow control in accumulator and control circuits. The throttle valve adopts an open-type spool structure with a constant stroke and a constant throttle area, which is insensitive to minute dirt (no gap filtration). The FG type micro throttle valve can also be used to adjust the commutation time of the reversing valve and avoid flow shock and damping vibration during switching. The throttling effect is achieved by an effective thread length. It can only be adjusted with the tool to change the set value.

HAWE's ED, RD and RDF series of throttling valves are flow valves that can be used to regulate the flow of a single acting double acting actuator. The two small-sized throttle valves are constructed with a combination of an open orifice and an annular gap, and have excellent adjustment performance. The large-size throttle valve is an annular slit structure. The check valve function of the RD valve is achieved by means of a precision foil that reacts to very small flow changes. The RDF type one-way throttle valve (fixed throttle) is throttled by a nozzle or a throttle plate. The ED valve is a pure throttle.

HAWE Harvey AV, AVT and CAV series throttle stop valves
HAWE Harvey AV, AVT and CAV series cut-off throttle valves (various specifications) are flow valves, of which AV E and CAV are spiral cartridge valves. In order to regulate the flow in the control circuit and the cylinder speed in the accumulator circuit, or to completely cut off the oil circuit of the actuator (for protecting the pressure gauge). With the function of this valve, a pressure difference can be established between the input and the output. The AV type valve type is throttled by a poppet in the valve bore to form an annular gap (needle valve). The CAV type valve is a valve that has a constant stroke adjustment and produces an adjustable differential pressure. (The valve is sensitive and not sensitive to oil stains). If the check valve is integrated, it can be freely circulated in one direction. The CAV valve achieves a throttling function by generating an adjustable differential pressure through the full-stroke constant orifice structure (the valve spool is sensitive to adjustment but not sensitive to micro-oil).
