How to operate the solenoid valve

In order to ensure the performance and reliability of the solenoid valve, the following requirements must be met:
1. Ensuring reliable operation The manufacturing quality of the solenoid valve itself is not publicly mentioned here, and it includes the training and quality improvement of the operator. In order to prevent misuse, the craftsman must pay attention to the precautions marked on the nameplate. Important valves must have enough accessories, such as
positioners, limit switches, and so on. According to China's new pneumatic solenoid valve standard (GB/T4213-92), the nameplate of the pneumatic actuator must at least mark the manufacturer's name, product model, rated flow coefficient, design number, product number and manufacturing year and month. Have enough installation space and operation space, have enough installation space and operation, have enough lighting, and have strict operating procedures. The arrow and DN values indicating the direction of flow of the medium and the words and values of PN should be cast or punched out on the valve body.
2. The manufacturer's manufacturing technology and test methods must meet the standards and must be approved by the competent authority. meter and performance must meet the requirements; the materials of various parts of the solenoid valve must be strictly selected, and must have sufficient strength and rigidity, in accordance with national standards. Pass the pressure test, air tightness and other tests. In the chemical industry, the diversity of processes and changes in process conditions have very special problems in the control and execution of the four thermal variables of temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level, requiring solenoid valves to be applied.
Solenoid valve operation precautions:
1 When starting, confirm the clutch handle is in the corresponding position
2 If the electric valve is controlled in the control room, turn the transfer switch to the large REMOTE position, and then control the electric valve switch through the SCADA system.
3 If the manual control, the switch is placed in the LOCAL position, the switch of the electric valve is operated on the ground, when the electric valve is opened or closed, it will automatically stop working, and finally the running switch is turned to the middle position.
4 When using the valve in the field, the valve opening and closing instruction and the valve stem operation should be monitored. The valve opening and closing degree should meet the requirements.
5 When using the on-site operation to fully close the valve, before the valve is closed, stop the electric shut-off valve and use the micro-motion to close the valve.
6 For the stroke and over-torque
controller, when the valve is fully open or closed for the first time, it should be monitored to monitor the stroke. If the valve switch does not stop, the manual emergency stop should be taken immediately.
7 During the process of opening and closing the valve, if the signal indicator light is wrong and the valve has abnormal noise, stop it in time.
