2. When taking over, it should be noted that the sealing material should not be used excessively. For example, when the thread is connected, the connecting thread should be kept within the effective length, and the boring tool should be chamfered at the end half-thread distance, and the sealing tape should be wound from the end of the two teeth. Otherwise, excessive sealing tape or bonding will enter the solenoid valve, and an accident that hinders the normal operation of the solenoid valve occurs.

3. The on-site installation of the explosion-proof solenoid valve must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Electrical Safety Regulations” of the National Explosion Hazardous Location.

4. Non-electrical personnel shall not disassemble the electrical components of the solenoid valve.

5. Before installing the piston solenoid valve, carefully check the instruction manual of the reading product, check whether the product fully meets the requirements for use, familiar with the installation points, and prepare for the work.

6. Check whether the brand parameters are the selected parameters and whether they are consistent with the instruction manual.

7. Before installation, fully flush the pipeline with the highest service pressure of the pipeline. The flushing time should be more than 5 minutes. The metal powder in the pipeline, the residual sealing material, and the scale after welding should be completely removed.

8. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If there is any impurity in the circulating medium, a filter with a density of 0.5um must be installed before the inlet end of the solenoid valve.

9, the solenoid valve should be installed horizontally, the coil is on. The valve should not be installed in a low recess, such as in the discharge pipe of the container. Care should not be taken from the bottom of the container, but should be placed slightly above the bottom of the container.

10. If the medium will cause water hammer, pay attention to the selection of solenoid valve or take corresponding precautions.

11. The front side of the steam solenoid valve should be installed with a flow valve. The nozzle should be tilted at this point. The flow valve should be installed at a low position. It is best to install a multi-pass recoil filter.

1. The pressure of the medium or the working pressure difference is not in the working range of the piston type solenoid valve. The treatment method is to adjust the medium pressure or replace other suitable piston type solenoid valve products.

2. Impurities enter the valve core of the piston type solenoid valve. The valve needs to be cleaned and the filter is installed.

3. The filter in front of the valve is blocked by the valve hole and needs to be cleaned.

1. The viscosity and temperature of the medium are not suitable. Replace the new solenoid valve model.

2. The spring deformation or damage life of the piston type solenoid valve needs to be replaced with a new spring.

3. The valve seat of the piston type solenoid valve is defective or has foreign matter, and the valve seat surface is required for treatment or removal of foreign matter.

1. The power supply wiring of the piston type solenoid valve is in poor contact, and the power cord needs to be connected.
