Explosion-proof solenoid valve use and classification description
The
coil casing of the explosion-proof solenoid valve not only has the explosion-proof effect of withstanding the gas explosion pressure, but also has a retarding effect on the gas explosion energy transmission, and the safety performance is higher. It is specially designed for the transmission of flammable and explosive media or special electromagnetic valve series dedicated to explosive hazardous places. Different environments and fluids should choose different explosion-proof solenoid valves.
The main explosion-proof solenoid valves can also be divided into:
Positive pressure type: keep the internal protective gas pressure higher than the surrounding pressure to prevent the explosive mixture from entering the outer casing or a sufficient amount of shielding gas to pass through the outer casing, so that the concentration of the internal explosive mixture falls below the lower explosion limit.
Increased safety type: no arc, spark and dangerous high temperature will be generated during normal operation, and further protective measures will be taken on the structure to improve the safety and reliability of the equipment.
Molded type: It will produce an arc, spark or high temperature partial encapsulation that ignites the explosive mixture so that it does not ignite the surrounding explosive mixture.
Intrinsically safe type: The circuit inside the equipment can not ignite the explosive mixture under the specified conditions, the spark and thermal effects generated under normal working conditions or specified fault conditions.
Explosion-proof type: When the equipment is in normal operation, the parts that can generate spark arc are placed in the flameproof enclosure. The flameproof enclosure can withstand the internal explosion pressure without damage, and can ensure that the internal flame gas propagates through the gap. Energy is not enough to detonate the gas outside the shell.
