How to choose the anti-corrosion material of the solenoid valve body

The widespread use of solenoid valves is an increasingly demanding requirement for solenoid valve production in the industry. There is also growing emphasis on the choice of materials for solenoid valve bodies. In the choice of many factors, we will pay more attention to the corrosion resistance of the valve body material. Because in solenoid valves, the problem of corrosion protection is very complicated. Under the influence of some acidity, temperature and humidity, the solenoid valve body is easily corroded. In many cases, the outer surface of the valve is also subject to atmospheric corrosion. Generally, steel materials are protected by brushing. At the same time, in the anti-corrosion of the valve body, lining measures are often taken, such as lining lead, lining aluminum, lining engineering plastics, lining natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. Thirdly, when the pressure and temperature are not high, the non-metal valve body material is often very effective in preventing corrosion.

The corrosion of the valve body is not only two forms, namely chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion. Its corrosion rate is determined by the temperature, pressure, chemical properties of the medium and the corrosion resistance of the valve body material. Therefore, in the choice of materials for solenoid valves, we have to consider a lot of factors.
