1, magnetic grinding and polishing

2, fluid polishing
Fluid polishing relies on high-speed flowing liquid and abrasive particles carried by it to wash the surface of the workpiece for polishing purposes. Common methods include abrasive jet processing, liquid jet processing, and hydrodynamic grinding. Hydrodynamic grinding is a hydraulic drive that causes a liquid medium carrying abrasive particles to flow back and forth across the surface of the workpiece at high speed. The medium is mainly made of a special compound polymer material which flows at a relatively low pressure and is made of an abrasive to form an abrasive. Silicon carbide powder can be used.
3, ultrasonic polishing
The workpiece is placed in the abrasive suspension and placed together in the ultrasonic field. The abrasive is ground and polished on the surface of the workpiece by the action of ultrasonic waves. The macroscopic force of ultrasonic machining does not cause deformation of the workpiece, but it is difficult to manufacture and install the tool. Ultrasonic processing can be combined with chemical or electrochemical methods. On the basis of solution corrosion and electrolysis, ultrasonic vibration stirring solution is applied to make the surface dissolved product of the workpiece surface deviate from the corrosion or electrolyte in the vicinity of the surface. The cavitation of the ultrasonic wave in the liquid can also inhibit the corrosion process to facilitate surface illuminating.
