Features:

5. The maintenance is convenient, the ball valve has a simple structure, and the sealing ring is generally movable, and the disassembly and replacement are relatively convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium, and the medium does not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the valve.
7. Wide range of applications, from small to a few milli
meters, up to a few
meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be applied.
Application: Internal thread ball valve and butt ball valve are suitable for PN1.0~4.0MPa, working temperature -29~180°C (sealing ring is reinforced PTFE) or -29~300°C (sealing ring is para-polybenzene) Used to cut or switch on the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be used for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.
Threaded ball valves and butt welded ball valves are divided into one-piece (one-piece), two-stage and three-stage. The valve body casting adopts the advanced technology introduced by Taiwan, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. When the valve cavity is abnormally boosted, the valve stem will not be flushed out. Two-piece, three-piece ball valve connection forms are also available for butt welding (BW) socket welding (SW), and can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platform and locking device. It can be set with 90° switch positioning mechanism, and can be locked according to need to prevent misoperation. Drive mode: manual, electric and pneumatic.
