(1) Strength test. The strength test uses water as the medium; the high-pressure cap is welded on the sleeves on both sides of the valve. After the valve is opened to 45 degrees Celsius, water is injected into the ball valve through the pressure test valve on the sleeve tube. The pressure is raised to 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the ball valve. , pressure for 15min; no leakage is qualified.
(2) Tightness test. The rigorous test uses nitrogen as the medium; the ball valve is closed. The pressure test valve is injected into the ball valve from the test tube on the sleeve tube. The pressure rises to 1.1 times the nominal pressure of the ball valve, and the middle chamber pressure release valve is connected to the hose through the water container for testing. The insertion depth was 1 cm; no bubbles were produced within 5 minutes.
