Introduction to the pressure equalization, continuous pressure and pressure regulation of vacuum valves
Pressure equalization, continuous pressure and pressure regulation of vacuum valves
In order to ensure the sealing performance of the valve, it is required that the valve plate can automatically pressurize when the sealing ring is pressed; when the atmospheric pressure is pressed onto the valve plate, it can be allowed to be further pressed; and because the processing of the sealing ring and other transmission parts is inevitable, The valve plate must be compacted.
This is the problem of pressure equalization, continuous pressure and pressure regulation of the pressing device. In the vacuum valve, the pressure of the rubber pad is automatically adjusted by the tapered valve seat and the matching tapered valve plate and the hinge pin; the pressure head (also used as the guide rod 8) is threadedly coupled with the valve plate. The degree of compaction is adjustable; after the initial pressure, the piston does not reach the bottom of the cylinder to achieve atmospheric pressure to the valve plate, and the valve plate continues to press the sealing ring.
The above-mentioned pressure equalization measures cannot be automatically equalized in the direction of the hinge pin shaft, and need to be manually adjusted in the assembly. For valves with smaller dia
meters, the absolute error is small, which is easy to adjust during assembly, but it is much more difficult for valves with larger dia
meters. Therefore, for large dia
meter valves, full automatic pressure equalization should be adopted.
