Why pay attention to the maintenance and repair instructions for sanitary valves
A high-alloy steel valve that is resistant to corrosion in air or chemically corrosive media. Hygienic valves are aesthetically pleasing and have good corrosion resistance. They do not have to be surface treated, such as plating, to function as sanitary valves. Intrinsic surface properties, one of the many types of steel used, commonly referred to as sanitary grade valves. Representative properties include high-alloy steels such as 13 chrome steel and 18-8 chrome nickel steel.
When repairing sanitary valves, pay attention to the water inflow problems in the electric head and its transmission mechanism. Especially the rain that infiltrates during the rainy season. One is to rust the transmission mechanism or the transmission bushing, and the other is to freeze in winter. The torque caused by the operation of the electric valve is too large. Damage to the transmission components may cause the motor to be unloaded or the over-torque protection may not be electrically operated. The drive components are damaged and manual operation is not possible. After the over-torque protection action, the manual operation also fails to switch. For example, forced operation will damage the internal alloy parts.
Due to the lack of concept and equipment for maintenance and repair of sanitary valves, at present, only nuclear power plants in China can basically repair all valves during each shutdown. Broken repair is a kind of maintenance-free maintenance, which is extremely unfavorable for the safe operation of the complete equipment and the service life of the valve. The potential for emergency shutdown is extremely dangerous, and the damage caused is also huge. .
If the sanitary valve is leaked without maintenance maintenance, it is often very serious, which not only increases the difficulty of repair, but often even loses the possibility and value of repair. Therefore, for the organization and management of the perfect valve maintenance work, not only the relevant personnel should have a corresponding awareness, but more importantly, preventive and maintenance measures, that is, regular inspection of the valve (for example, the sealing of the valve relative to the outside, The tightness of the valve in the closed state, etc.). The key to preventive maintenance of the valve is to repair the valve immediately when it is first discovered that the valve is leaking, because the circulating medium can cause the sealing surface in a short time even in the case of a very small sealing surface. The large area is damaged, resulting in expensive maintenance costs.
