The basic components of the
controller of the cable float level switch are composed of float balls, cables, ropes, heavy hammers, etc. The reed switch group is all contained in the sealed float. The reed pipe is placed at the root of the float ball, and the magnetic ring and the hammer are integrated, and the sleeve is free to slide on the slide pipe. When the top of the float is facing down, the hammer slides to the top of the float, and the reed switch is away from the magnetic ring. The cable float level switch uses a micro switch or a mercury switch as the contact part. When the cable float is raised at a certain angle with the weight as the origin (usually the up angle of the micro switch is 28°±2°, and the mercury switch is raised at an angle of 10 ° ± 2 °), the switch will have an ON or OFF signal output.
