How to solve the problem that the top level of the ultrasonic level gauge is always bright
There are two main situations in which the fault indicator light is always on, and a solution is proposed here. I hope that I can help you to use this series of ultrasonic level gauges, and I hope to provide a reference for those who will use ultrasonic level gauges.
1. When the ultrasonic wave is at zero level, the top light is on and the output current is 22MA. Moreover, when the liquid level is restored after a period of time, the fault cannot be automatically cancelled, and it needs to be turned off after the power is turned off, which brings unnecessary trouble or even loss to the customer (for example, when the person is unattended at night).
This type of failure is a matter of choice for installing accessories. In addition to the flat head, the ultrasonic wave is also emitted here at the thread. If the zero position is continuous, the metal bracket is used in the mounting part. The ultrasonic level gauge will recognize that the signal strength of the bracket portion is greater than the signal strength received by the flat head. The metal bracket portion is in a blind zone distance from the transmitted wave. Therefore, the ultrasonic wave is in a protective state, the fault light is always on, and the output is 22MA.
The solution is to use a non-metallic bracket. Because the non-metallic bracket is used, the transmitted wave at the thread can penetrate, and the echo signal at the zero level is definitely greater than the echo signal at the thread. After the above explanation and actual improvement, the faults are all solved, and both the supply and the demand are happy. This further strengthens cooperation.
2. After debugging and reprogramming, the top fault light is always on and the output current is 22MA. This kind of fault condition occurred, and after actual verification, it was still in the process of programming and debugging, and failed to follow the instructions. The resulting program is disordered and self-protected. The customer is debugging the programmed ultrasonic liquid level timing, failing to wait until the indicator light flashes normally, or the programming method step is not correct at all, and is in unstable programming and debugging. If the programming is not repeated as required, the ultrasonic level gauge will refuse to work and protect itself. The solution to this type of failure is to reset the ultrasonic level gauge as required and reprogram. The above fault occurs if you reprogram multiple times without resetting.
