1. Check if the power supply is connected correctly. If the connection is found to be incorrect, it should be modified according to the operation manual.

2. Measure the voltage between 24V and O/P with a three-voltmeter. The voltage should be between 13V and 36V. If the voltage is abnormal, check whether the line or related equipment is abnormal.

3. The second item should be confirmed first, then a milliampere meter in the 4~20MA circuit to check whether the current is normal. If the current value is not normal, replace the new product or contact the manufacturer of the liquid level gauge manufacturer.

4. Check the voltage between IN and COM with a voltmeter. Normally it should be about 2.5V. If the voltage is too low, remove the EXC wire. If the voltage returns to normal, the magnetic yellow module is abnormal. If the voltage is still low, the power is still low. This indicates that the signal converter is damaged.

5. The float ball is lowered to the bottom, the flag board is not returned to zero, the flag board cannot keep up with the speed at which the float ball descends, and a throttling device should be added to slow down the liquid level lifting speed; the flag plate color film will not be flipped, or the color film will be chaotic. It should be confirmed that there is no magnetic body around the body tube and inside, and after the cleaning, it is swept once with a magnet to make the color consistent. The color film is flipped 360 degrees, the magnetic field of the float ball is too strong, and the customer service personnel are asked to replace the float ball.

6. The proximity switch does not work. Use a meter to check whether the switch is normal. When the magnet is close, the contact should be turned on and the resistance should be lower than 300MΩ. After the magnet is removed, the switch should be open and the resistance should be 10MΩ or more. If the above requirements are not met, replace the new proximity switch. .

7. Float continuous liquid level indicator signal converter 2 lines do not know how to receive the indicator. Please follow the operation manual to connect the 24V terminal of the signal converter to the 24V terminal of the indicator. The O/P terminal of the signal converter is connected to the AI terminal of the indicator. If it still cannot operate normally after power-on, please contact customer service personnel.

8. The rotary level switch has no output. (1) firstly smell the power seat to see if there is burnt smell. If there is burnt smell on behalf of burnt, please contact customer service staff to replace the new product; (2) confirm whether the material weight is too light, replace large blades; (3) installation location is not Appropriately, if there is direct impact of the material, the baffle should be installed to protect or avoid the blanking position.

9. The parts inside the switch are dropped. (1) Please check the tank environment for vibration motor or other vibrators. (2) Purchase other products to avoid internal parts falling due to vibration.

10. Water in the switch. Please remove the water and dry it, and confirm that the insulation of the line to the ground is more than 100MΩ. Finally, the wiring is constructed according to the regulations, and all the gaps are sealed with the joint glue.
