Introduction to maintenance and maintenance of input level gauge

Input level gauge maintenance and maintenance:
     1) Clean once a month.

     2) When cleaning, first open the cap of the iron pipe of the input water level gauge, carefully take out the liquid level gauge; then remove the debris attached to the level gauge (such as water plants, plankton, etc.).

    3) When cleaning the water level gauge pressure hole, use trichloroethylene or alcohol to inject the pressure guide hole to the height of one-half of the height for about 5 minutes, then shake it slightly and repeat it several times until it is cleaned. Do not use any appliance to clean the pressure hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core pressure sensitive diaphragm.

     4) When cleaning the pressure port and the pressure hole of the transmitter, avoid using a brush or metal tool with excessive hardness to avoid damage to the sensitive core and the pressure interface thread.

    5) After the cleaning is completed, slowly return the liquid level gauge to the iron pipe. It is felt that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed and the cap can be installed back to the original place.

      Reinstall after removing the cleaning. Because the installation depth will change, the detection value of the secondary instrument must be corrected again to ensure the correctness of the sampled data by comparing the water level gauge at the same water level of the sluice.
