1, the choice of sewage flow
meter installation environment:
Keep away from equipment with strong electromagnetic fields, such as large motors, large transformers, and large inverters.
There should be no strong vibration in the installation place, the pipe is fixed firmly, and the ambient temperature does not change much.
The installation environment should be easy to install and maintain.
2, the choice of sewage flow
meter installation location:
The installation location must ensure that the pipe is always filled with the liquid being tested. Choose a place where the liquid flow pulse is small, that is, away from local resistance parts such as
pumps and valves, elbows. When measuring two-phase (solid, liquid, gas, liquid) liquids, choose a place that is not easy to cause phase separation. The inner dia
meter or circumference of the pipe to be tested is easy to measure and the ovality should be small. 3), sewage electromagnetic flow
meter straight pipe length:
The length of the straight pipe on the upstream side of the
sensor installation pipe shall be greater than or equal to 10D, and the downstream side shall be not less than 5D (D is the dia
meter of the pipe to be tested).
4, flow control valve and regulating valve:
The flow control valve should be installed in the pipe to be tested on the upstream side of the
sensor, and the flow regulating valve should be installed on the downstream side of the
sensor.
In flow, the flow control valve should normally be fully open.
