The Italian ELTRA sensor is a detection device that can sense the information being measured and can transform the sensed information into an electrical signal or other required form of information output to meet the information transmission. Various absolute value sensors whose measured values are output through a data interface connected to the elevator control system, and then the control system calculates the current position and issues appropriate commands to the drive system. The measurement system itself is one of the technical challenges faced by position sensor system developers. At least it can be said that it is important to provide a high-performance interface for the transmission of position data to the control system. This is a challenge because the elevator control concepts used are varied and each uses different data standards and interfaces.

The main points of use of the linear sensor:
1. The power supply voltage should be stable
Industrial power supplies require ±0.1% stability, such as a reference voltage of 10V, allowing ±0.01V fluctuations, which can cause the displayed snare to fluctuate. If the display fluctuation amplitude at this time does not exceed the fluctuation amplitude of the fluctuation voltage, the displacement sensor electronic ruler is normal.
2. Prevent static interference
Electrostatic interference and FM interference make it easy for the electronic ruler to display digital jitter. The strong electric line of the device is separated from the signal line of the electronic ruler. The electronic ruler should use a forced grounding bracket, and the electronic scale housing (measuring the resistance between the end cap screw and the bracket should be less than 1Ω) should be well grounded. The signal cable should be shielded and shielded at one end of the electrical box. The line is grounded. When static electricity is disturbed, the voltage measurement of the general multimeter is very normal, but the digital jitter is displayed; the phenomenon is also the same when the high frequency device interferes. Verify that it is static interference. Use a power cord to short the cover screw of the electronic ruler to a metal on the machine. As soon as it is shorted, the static interference is immediately eliminated. However, high-frequency interference is difficult to eliminate by the above methods, and high-frequency interference occurs in the robot and the inverter, which can be verified by stopping the robot or the frequency converter.
3. Can't connect the wrong three lines
The "1" and "3" lines are power lines, and the "2" is the output line. Except that the power lines ("1" and "3" lines) can be exchanged, the "2" line can only be the output line. Once the above line is connected incorrectly, linear error will be large, control is very difficult, control precision is poor, and jumping is easy to display.
4. The power supply capacity should be sufficient
If the power supply capacity is too small, it is prone to the following situation: the mold clamping movement will cause the rubber electronic ruler to display a beating, or the melt motion will cause the display of the clamping electronic scale to fluctuate. In particular, the solenoid valve driving power supply is prone to the above situation when the electronic scale power supply is together. In severe cases, the voltage fluctuation of the multimeter can be used to measure the voltage fluctuation. If the static interference and high-frequency interference are excluded, the problem cannot be solved in the case of poor neutrality, and the power of the power supply may be suspected to be small.
5. Installation is better for neutral
The angle allows ±12° error, and the parallelism allows ±0.5mm. If the angle error and parallelism error are too large, it will cause the display to jump. In this case, be sure to adjust the angle and parallelism.
6. Prevent short circuit
During the operation of the displacement sensor electronic ruler, the data is displayed at a certain point or not, and the data is skipped or not displayed. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the connection line is damaged and a short circuit to the ground caused by regular contact with the metal casing of the machine.
7. Avoid aging
For the electronic ruler which has been used for a long time, the seal is aging, there may be many impurities, and there is a mixture of oil and water, which affects the contact resistance of the brush, which causes the display digital jump, which can be considered as the early damage of the displacement sensor electronic scale itself.
