The difference between the Italian ELTRA absolute encoder and the absolute encoder
The difference between Italian ELTRA absolute encoder and absolute encoder
Founded in 1985, ELTRA Italy specializes in the development and production of encoders. ELTRA has more than 20 years of production experience in the field of
sensor technology, especially in the encoder industry. At present, it can produce more than 15,000 types of
sensors and serve customers all over the world. It has far-reaching influence in the world, and its product technology is first in Europe.
The full range of products is a feature of ELTRAzui, including conventional incremental encoders, absolute encoders: special product cable and magnetic encoders, absolute bus systems, metric measuring wheels, intrinsically safe type encoders ;
Also included are photoelectric and inductive proximity switches, magnetostrictive
sensors, linear potentio
meters and related accessories. ELTRA rotary encoder, ELTRA encoder, ELTRA torque
sensor, ELTRA absolute encoder, ELTRA cable and magnetic encoder, ELTRA intrinsically safe type encoder, ELTRA photoelectric switch, ELTRA rotary encoder.
The difference between Italian ELTRA absolute encoder and absolute encoder
1. When the absolute encoder rotates, there is a one-to-one correspondence (binary, BCD code, etc.) output. From the change in code size, the position of the forward and reverse directions and the displacement can be discriminated without the need for a phase discrimination circuit.
2. The absolute encoder has an absolute zero code. When the power is turned off or turned off, the code of the power failure or shutdown position can still be accurately read and the zero code can be accurately found.
3. When ordering an absolute encoder, in addition to the model number, indicate the performance serial number and the number of divisions (or digits).
4. The choice of the number of divisions (or digits). Can refer to the following formula:
Number of divisions = 360° / design resolution
5. The output code system and output mode of the selected absolute encoder should correspond to the user's rear processing circuit.
6. In general, the absolute encoder has a measuring range of 0° to 360°, but special models can also achieve multi-turn measurement.
