1. The
coil is burnt out: the solenoid valve does not produce oil after energization, the
coil is abnormal in appearance, and the core built-in mandrel has no electromagnetic attraction. The solution is to replace the solenoid.
2. The sound is abnormal: it works normally after power-on but there is AC noise. The reason is that there is foreign matter at the pilot valve or the
coil nut is loose. The solution is to clean the pilot valve to remove foreign matter and tighten the nut.
3. External leakage: The cause of the external leakage may be loose screws or damaged valve parts. The solution is to tighten the screws or replace the leaking components.
4. Internal leakage: The solenoid valve cannot be closed after the power is turned off. After the on-site observation of the preset quantitative arrival, the flow of the oil gun is still open. The reason is that the diaphragm is broken or the valve member has foreign matter so that the main valve cannot be closed. The solution is to replace the diaphragm or clean the valve.
5, slow movement: slow response after power-on, can not meet the requirements. The reason is that there is foreign matter at the valve or pilot valve, making it impossible to operate flexibly. The solution is to clean the valve or pilot valve.
6, no small valve role: no fuel flow when preset fueling. The reason is that the large and small flow
coils are reversed or the large valve pilot valve is not closed. The solution is to first confirm the wiring, ensure that the
coil is properly connected, and then clean the valve or diaphragm.
7. Large valve flow is small or does not produce oil: The cause of this failure is that the diaphragm does not open all the way, the large valve pilot valve does not open all the way or there is no stroke. The solution is to clean or replace the large valve pilot valve to ensure full stroke and clean the bonnet passage to ensure that the diaphragm opens freely.
8, the opening speed is slow, the closing lag can not even close, not only waste water or even cause flooding. The cause of the failure: 1. The sensitivity of the
sensor is poor and the response is slow; 2. The water pressure is too high (the hydraulic pressure regulating valve is not adjusted in time after the water pressure of the water supply pipe network becomes large); 3. The solenoid valve body and the valve seat are stuck, The resistance is too large; 3. The pilot solenoid valve (also called the jet solenoid valve) is blocked by the pilot hole; 4.
