Nuoguan proportional pressure valves can be divided into three types: pressure control valve, flow control and directional control valve.
Pressure control valve: The manual adjustment device that replaces the pilot relief valve with a proportional solenoid valve becomes a pilot proportional relief valve whose hydraulic pressure is continuously or proportionally controlled by the input signal.
Flow control valve: The proportional valve is used to replace the throttle valve of the throttle valve or the speed control valve, and the throttle opening of the throttle valve or the speed control valve is controlled by the input signal, and the output flow rate can be controlled continuously or proportionally. Therefore, the opening of the orifice can be determined by the voltage of the input signal.
Directional control valve: The general solenoid valve of the proportional solenoid valve instead of the directional valve constitutes a direct-acting proportional directional valve. The sliding shaft can be changed not only, but also the stroke of the transposition can be changed continuously or proportionally, so the communication between the ports is connected. The oil area can also vary continuously or proportionally, so the proportional directional control valve not only controls the direction of movement of the actuator but also controls its speed.
