Electric and pneumatic actuators
The PBV series engineering plastic three-way automatic ball valve is most suitable for chemical, irrigation, swimming pool and spa systems. It has good leak-proof performance, and the enhanced TFE seat and EPDM seal can ensure long service life. Made of all PVC or CPVC, it has strong structure and light weight. NPT thread connection or sleeve connection method can be selected on site.
The PBV series are economical automatic control valves that can be equipped with electric or pneumatic actuators. The electric actuator type is NEMA 4 all-weather protection, 115VAC power supply, optional two-position control or continuous control. The two-position control adopts 115VAC to directly drive the valve to open or close, and the continuous control method accepts 4-20mA input signal to control the valve to any position. The actuator has functions such as overload protection, valve position indication and self-lubricating transmission.
The pneumatic double-acting actuator uses the air source to directly control the two air intake holes to open or close the valve. The spring return type pneumatic actuator uses the air source to drive one direction, and the internal spring return force drives the other direction. The SV3 electromagnetic pilot valve can be selected to electrically control the pressure of the air source to achieve valve control. The actuator with aluminum structure is protected by epoxy coating, which makes it corrosion-resistant and durable.
