Temperature-pressure compensated differential pressure transmitter (model: JTD720A) is a differential pressure transmitter used to measure the mass flow of gas.
Simultaneously, the differential pressure, pressure and temperature are measured, the density variation caused by the static pressure and temperature variation is compensated, and the analog signal of 4-20 mA DC proportional to the mass flow rate (volume flow rate in standard state) is output.
The mass flow rate of gas can be measured by 1 transmitters.

The functions of differential pressure transmitters, pressure transmitters, temperature converters and calculators are integrated into the 1 stage. It can reduce machine purchase cost, wiring cost, spare parts cost and maintenance cost. Reducing the number of machines also improves the accuracy of the loop.
Temperature and pressure compensation (volume flow rate_mass flow rate management) can be achieved by directly utilizing existing equipment and simply replacing the transmitter.

The existing piping, pressure pipe and orifice plate can be directly utilized. The differential pressure range is also kept as original, and temperature and pressure compensation can be carried out simply.
High precision / set high range ratio differential pressure

The full-scale range is 0.75 ~ 100kPa, and the high range ratio of 135:1 is achieved. The new developed Dual sensor is improved to ensure the accuracy of (+0.1% F.S) when the differential pressure is measured in the range of 5 kPa, and can be measured steadily from small flow rate to large flow rate.
Temperature and pressure can be displayed.

The digital indicator (option) can display temperature and pressure at the same time besides flow rate. No thermometer and pressure meter are needed. It can be used for surveillance.
Saturated steam compensation

Special density compensation for saturated steam is implemented. Since the steam density is calculated from the static pressure of saturated steam, no temperature input is required. Through accurate measurement of mass flow, the steam consumption of auxiliary equipment can be strictly managed.
