The above illustration is designed based on the ink path principle of the current popular 6-color UV printer. In the current popular 6-color UV printer, 2-way negative pressure is used, 1-way negative pressure is used for color ink, and 1-way negative pressure is used for white ink and varnish. In this system, a small control board, a peristaltic pump, two positive and negative pressure switching solenoid valves, and a small air buffer bottle are all placed on the sprinkler car, and six buttons are placed on the sprinkler car to realize the function of individual inking for each color.

On the control board, six key switches are connected at the upper end to control which nozzle to press ink. Then a small air buffer bottle is divided into three air pipes. The first pipe is connected with a peristaltic pump to receive pumping or pumping. The second circuit is connected to the air pressure sensor. The third circuit is connected with the negative pressure air pipe through two two position three-way solenoid valves. During normal work, the two position three-way solenoid valve is connected with negative pressure. When pressing ink, the solenoid valve starts to switch negative pressure to positive pressure. Then, the solenoid valve terminals on the control board are connected with the solenoid valves at the lower end of six ink cartridges respectively. During normal operation, all the solenoid valves are activated, and a lower voltage is used to keep the solenoid valves open. When pressing ink, the solenoid valve of pressing ink is still activated, and the rest of the solenoid valves are closed. In this way, even if there is positive pressure in all the secondary ink cartridges, it can only be the one to press ink The ink can be pressed out, and other nozzles cannot press out the ink because the solenoid valve is closed.

The first way to the eighth way solenoid valve: there are two groups of terminals, each group is connected with four solenoid valves, the positive and negative pole wiring are separately connected, connected to the solenoid valve at the lower end of the secondary cartridge. As long as the solenoid valve is connected, the card is powered, and the solenoid valve is started for one second, then the card will enter the step-down output mode (see the parameter setting instructions later for the voltage setting), and the card can be used normally. If you do not need color separation inking, wiring is complete, you can use it.

The first way to the eighth way ink pressing button: this group of terminals is used to connect the ink pressing control button when ink pressing is needed, with a total of 9 interfaces. The leftmost port is the GND end of the power supply, and the other 8 are the wiring of the switch button. No matter how many switch keys are used, one end of the switch is connected in parallel to the GND end of the power supply, and the other end is connected to other terminal holes. It can connect up to 8 buttons, that is, the board can support up to 8 channels of separate inking.

Ink pressing peristaltic pump: this terminal is used to connect the peristaltic pump that generates ink pressing air pressure. Because positive pressure and negative pressure can be generated when peristalsis rotates in positive and negative directions, when controlling ink pressing, this board first changes from negative pressure to positive pressure, then changes to negative pressure after ink pressing, and then switches to negative pressure of ink path to realize smooth switching.

Two way ink pressing switching solenoid valve: when the normal ink circuit works, it is negative pressure in the secondary ink cartridge, while the ink pressing uses positive pressure, and the positive pressure and negative pressure are generated by two different control units, so it needs to be switched. Use two position three-way solenoid valve (air valve) to switch, and these two terminals are connected to the switching solenoid valve.

Inking positive pressure sensor: during inking, the inking pressure needs to be controlled, and the feedback of the inking pressure is in the charge of the sensor. When the pressure reaches or exceeds the set pressure, the pumping work of the inking peristaltic pump will be suspended. In order to protect the nozzle, avoid excessive pressure damage nozzle.
